At SoSilver, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

2. How to Return

1. Email evan_ellis@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide a return address and instructions.

3. Ship the item back via a trackable method (customer pays return shipping).

3. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

• Currently, we only offer refunds (no direct exchanges). Place a new order for replacement items.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. Photos may be required.
